In short: MA Electricals uses your details to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to book. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for marketing.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you type into it:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address, if you choose to give one
Your postcode
The service you are asking about
Your preferred contact method
The message describing the work

If you call or email instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work, and — if you go ahead — to arrange and carry out the job. That is the only reason the information is collected.

We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

How the form works

The enquiry form is handled by Netlify, the hosting platform this website is served from. When you submit the form, its contents are transmitted to and stored by Netlify so that they can be passed on to MA Electricals. Netlify processes that data as our hosting provider.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as automated and discarded.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted. Where work is carried out, records relating to that job are kept for as long as needed for business and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us on 07401 340494 or at Alliumarios@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party tracking scripts on it. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.
